Further Senior Appointments - Auckland Council and Auckland Transport

Further senior appointments at the Auckland Council and Auckland Transport have been announced today (Friday) by the Auckland Transition Agency (ATA).

Appointments to Auckland Council include:

  • Manager Regional and Local Planning: Penny Pirrit, currently General Manager Transport, Auckland City Council.
  • Manager Strategy and Relations – Maori: Johnnie Freeland, currently Pae Arahi – Manager Maori Relations, Auckland Regional Council.
  • Manager Licensing and Compliance: Carole Todd, currently Group Manager Environmental Operations, Manukau City Council.

Appointments to Auckland Transport include:

  • Manager Road Corridor Maintenance: Murray Noone, currently Director – Infrastructure, Rodney District Council.
  • Manager Customer Services: Loraine Elliot, formerly National Manager – Business, Inland Revenue Department.
  • Manager Parking and Enforcement: Dale Clements, currently Group Manager, Parking, Auckland City Council.
  • Manager Business Support: Nicki Lucas, currently Group Manager, Business Performance & Reporting, Auckland City Council.
